Services

Uncle Tullio Ltd provides B2B media and content production services including campaign video production, Instagram Reels production, YouTube production, and digital media services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Use our services to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement, all content produced by Uncle Tullio Ltd remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership and rights to the content will be transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, clients are required to pay a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients must provide reasonable notice of cancellation as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncle Tullio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our services, unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
